For a property admitted to the pilot, we verify the booking-page link to the existing website. Online payments, transactional email delivery and OTA connectors remain excluded.

  1. Once accepted into the pilot, configure the property, logo, colors and key texts.
  2. Add a 'Book now' button on your existing website.
  3. Manage rates, rooms, stay rules and bookings from one panel.
  4. Verify availability and preview before publishing the link.

Applying does not activate a subscription. Scope, timing and conditions are reviewed and confirmed by the team before access is prepared.

Assessment and scope

Contact us by email and we will review requirements, admitted capabilities, exclusions, price and responsibilities. Sending an application alone does not activate a plan.

Phase 2

Guided and controlled setup

Only after pilot approval do we configure essential property data, rooms, rates and appearance through a supervised path.

Phase 3

Checks before publication

We verify preview, availability and pilot limits before linking the website. The link is published only after an explicit checklist.

Do I need a new website to use OpenStaying?

An admitted pilot property does not need a new website: the booking-page link is verified with the team.

Is OpenStaying suitable for B&Bs?

The pilot can be evaluated for hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses and multi-room properties; admission is not automatic.

How do I access the pilot?

We manually assess requirements, scope and cohort availability. Self-service sales are not available, and timing is communicated case by case before access is prepared.

What is the current OTA integration status?
